I love the different colors in the Red Creek Jasper stones. They draw my eye in.

How I started to begin to love what I do.

I have always been good with my hands, people have always told me that, so it's no wonder why I like to make jewelry and other crafts. I have always preferred hands-on practical things than a job that involves tonnes of paperwork etc.

I love the details of nature, so it's no surprise that I always come back to using gemstones. I think it's amazing that they are so old and have been in the ground for hundreds or thousands of years. I would say that I have an appreciation for every gemstone, maybe because of where they came from.

I remember buying my first polished stones. I was pretty amazed by them. I was instantly drawn towards Blue Lace Agate and I still am. I find it relaxing and beautiful to look at.
